Brief bio:
I'm a Personal Trainer for Your Mind. I assist people to get past what's holding them back on a deep, unconscious level and create the life of their dreams. I'm also a 3x US Collegiate Cycling National Champion. I assist people to quickly and easily get past challenges in life including weight loss, disease, bad habits, depression, fears, phobias, learning disabilities, increasing earnings, addictions and anxiety. I also work with sports performance. I learned thru sports that great performance in any area of life has everything to do with what's going on between your ears. Through my training, I've learned how easily making permanent, positive changes can be.
Philosophy when working with clients: Clients have everything they need to reach their goals, otherwise they wouldn't have them! I assist people to get past whatever blocks they may have then uncover & utilize all of their resources on a deep, unconscious level. When this is done, new behavior becomes easy and natural.
How did you get involved with health care? I've always been curious about utilizing the powers of the mind. After I retired from 12 years of road racing, I took several years of training in mental excellence: NLP, Hypnosis and Huna.
What are your favorite healthy foods? Your favorite workouts? My favoriet 'health food' is noni juice. It's an amazing pain realiever and anti inflamitory. My favorite workouts include bike riding, hiking and skiing.
What is the best health advice you ever received? Your body has a blueprint for perfect health. Negative thoughts and beliefs will get in the way of optimal function. When you can get the message your body is sending through bad habits, pain or illness, problems seem to clear up by themselves.
What is your personal health care routine? Meditation and a workout every day, wear sunscreen and do everything I can to stay emotionally balanced.
